We book a doorstep collection with The Courier Guy or drop-off at your nearest Pargo point.
Once inspected at the atelier, we dispatch your new size or process your direct EFT refund within 48 hours.
1. Sizing Exchanges (Within 14 Days)
Streetwear drapes differently for everyone. If your crewneck, hoodie, or tee doesn't fit exactly as desired, we offer one complimentary sizing exchange on any standard garment within 14 days of delivery.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrance, pet hair, or makeup.
- Original woven neck labels and hang-tags must remain intact.
2. Statutory 6-Month Quality Warranty (CPA)
Under Sections 55 and 56 of the South African Consumer Protection Act, all BLANFORD™ products are covered against manufacturing flaws for 6 months from delivery:
- Stitching defects, faulty hardware, seam failures, or embroidery unravelling.
- In such cases, we cover 100% of return shipping costs and provide a free repair, replacement piece, or full refund.
- Does not cover fair wear-and-tear, improper heat washing, bleach damage, or deliberate damage.
3. ECTA 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
You may return any standard (non-personalized) piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return courier transit fees of R95 are deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
